Islam : Wearing the Veil

Several Muslim women of the St. John's community offer a variety of perspectives on veiling for women. Religious conviction, personal understandings of freedom, cultural context, cultural differences between Western and Islamic culture, and personal preference are all mentioned as bases for women's choice to wear the veil or not.
